Location: This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract. It is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy in how you work.
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled People Technology and Data Specialist to join our People Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of our global People systems and play a key role in data management, reporting, and system change delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Triage and resolve Tier 2 queries related to RS Group’s global people systems, escalating where necessary.
- Manage data uploads and maintain reporting tools including SuccessFactors Story Reports and Power BI dashboards.
- Carry out regular system administration tasks to ensure optimal performance, including monitoring integrations and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support with any M&A activity and organisational changes.
- Own and deliver small to medium scale changes to system features and functionality, including configuration and testing.
- Support cyclical HR processes and contribute to the global Technology & Analytics roadmap.
- Provide project coordination support and assist with technology and analytics initiatives as needed.
About you:
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors super-user or systems analyst.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Organised and self-sufficient, able to manage your workload independently.
- Desirable: Experience with Power BI or Visier and understanding of HR/payroll operations.
