PeopleSoft Architect
Lead and Evolve Enterprise PeopleSoft Landscapes
We are seeking an experienced
PeopleSoft Architect to take ownership of our PeopleSoft technology capability within a fast-paced, multi-customer consulting environment.
This is a
senior, hands-on leadership role focused on delivering excellence across PeopleSoft platforms—spanning architecture, upgrades, integrations, and optimisation. While experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is advantageous, your
deep PeopleSoft expertise will be the foundation of your success.
You’ll act as the
technical authority for PeopleSoft, shaping strategy, guiding delivery, and influencing customer outcomes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Practice Leadership & Ownership
- Lead and develop the PeopleSoft technology capability, defining roadmap, services, and best practices
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex PeopleSoft technical challenges
- Mentor and provide governance to technical consultants, developers, and DBAs
- Be part of a global Oracle practice of 700+ specialists
- Over 500+ certified professionals across the entire Oracle ecosystem
- Work on large-scale, multi-pillar enterprise Oracle Cloud programmes
- Work with a high-performing, collaborative Oracle practice
- Oracle Innovation Partner of the Year 2023 (EMEA)
