Performance & Insight Manager (Distribution Centre Operations)
Hybrid Working (Corby or Nuneaton - with regular EMEA Travel)
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide insightful reports from complex/multiple data sets that will support the DC senior teams to make data driven decisions, supporting forecasting initiatives, and identifying actionable recommendations to improve operational and financial performance across the EMEA Distribution centres.
Your responsibilities will include conducting regular performance reviews with different levels of the DC teams, identifying root causes of issues, and developing effective action plans. You will also explore and implement alternative ways of working, challenging the status quo to meet evolving business needs.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in Supply Chain operations, specifically in Distribution Centres / Warehousing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organisation.
What you will be doing:
This position will bridge the gap between technical data resources and operational leadership, ensuring that decisions are evidence-based, aligned with Supply Chain strategies, and leading to better resource allocation and operational efficiency.
What we're looking for from you:
