To support this, we’re looking for an experienced Performance and Reporting Manager to provide clear, trusted and decision‑enabling portfolio insight to help deliver The Great Grid Upgrade.
This is a high‑impact leadership role, responsible for shaping how portfolio performance is understood, communicated and acted upon across our business. The role spans formal reporting into Group functions, alongside enabling effective, evidence‑based decision‑making by Strategic Infrastructure Executives.
Working within the Portfolio Performance Management Office, you’ll own the end‑to‑end approach to portfolio reporting for Strategic Infrastructure. You’ll ensure performance information is robust, consistent and genuinely influences outcomes, supporting National Grid’s strategic priorities and Net Zero ambitions.
Based in Warwick, the role offers hybrid working alongside some UK travel.
