We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (B2B focus) to support a fast-growing commerce and marketplace platform. This role will focus on driving partner acquisition through performance marketing, helping onboard and grow commercial partners across multiple sectors.
You’ll manage multi-channel performance campaigns and optimise activity not just for lead generation but for downstream commercial outcomes and revenue growth. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and managing significant campaign budgets.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of performance marketing, commercial growth and partner acquisition within a fast-paced digital business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on B2B partner acquisition
- Manage activity across Google Search, Meta, Programmatic Display and SEO
- Optimise campaigns to drive commercial outcomes and partner growth, not just lead generation
Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a B2B performance marketing environment
- Background in agency or in-house marketing teams
- Experience within FMCG, ecommerce, marketplace or digital platform businesses
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of organic and paid social strategies beneficial
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms advantageous
Project Scope & Duration - Initial 6 month freelance contract starting at the beginning of April, with potential to extend.
Day Rate - £300-£400pd
