Job Description – General Performance Tester (JMeter & LoadRunner)
We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with hands-on experience in JMeter and LoadRunner to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance, load, stress, and scalability testing for web and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance testing.
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
- Monitor application/server performance during test execution.
- Prepare test reports and share observations with stakeholders.
- Work closely with Developers, QA, and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
- Support performance testing activities across different environments.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Good understanding of Performance Testing concepts.
- Experience in creating and maintaining test scripts.
- Knowledge of application monitoring and performance analysis tools.
- Understanding of Web APIs, databases, and client-server architecture.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
