Norfolk is on an ambitious and exciting journey to transform how we work with children, young people, and their families. Through Vital Signs – our vision for Children in Norfolk – we ensure practice is relationship‑based, and purposeful work is at the centre of everything we do.
We focus on whole-family and natural networks and whole-system partnership working, empowering young people to build on their strengths and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Our Leaving Care Service builds on this foundation. Personal Advisors work in a trauma‑informed, therapeutic way, providing guidance, stability, and advocacy for care-experienced young people as they move toward independence.
We are seeking to recruit Personal Advisors for multiple Life Beyond Care Teams (Leaving Care) who have a passion for improving outcomes for young people for whom we are Corporate Parents. We welcome applications for those who have experience of working with young adults as a personal advisor or who have the relevant skills and experience to meet the needs of a changing service. A full development offer is available to all personal advisors in Norfolk. It is important that you have a full driving licence and access to a car.
Before you apply, we recommend reading the full Job Description and Person Specification to help you demonstrate you meet the criteria.
