You’ll be growing customer loyalty by completing applications and fulfilling product requests for our Retail, Private and Select customers. This entails delivering a non-advised service to our customers, helping them to make an informed decision around their Unsecured Lending, Banking, Credit Cards and Savings needs, whilst ensuring adherence to treating customers fairly and risk & control guidelines

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, whilst educating our customers on digital transformation and promoting the benefits of using digital platforms and tools
- Ensuring contact details are up to date using Customer Data Enrichment
- Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe
- Building meaningful relationships with our customers and finding solutions, through positive and tailored conversations with customers
- Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background with a financial services background (required)
- The ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (required)
- Excellent communication Skills – clear, confident, and professional phone manner. (required)

- Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work -
