The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the
Pharmacovigilance Officer role will make an impact:
- Ensuring pharmacovigilance obligations are consistently and adequately considered for all new/updated/terminated business relationships between Viatris and Business Partners
- Reviewing contractual business agreements (“Main Agreements”) and determining whether inclusion of Pharmacovigilance language is required and, if yes, whether a standalone Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) is needed
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Business Development, Legal Department, Affiliates, Regional Management, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure that PVAs or Pharmacovigilance language will be established for relevant Main Agreements
