💷 Salary: Up to £63,000 FTE – negotiable depending on experience

🩺 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service
- Managing stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards
- Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
- Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
- Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug’s healthcare offering

- GPhC-qualified pharmacists
- Preferably with community pharmacy experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
