Job description
Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has an opportunity to join our Older Adults team in South Staffordshire, you will primarily be based at St Michaels Court in Lichfield. We are an award-winning team and when you come to work with us, we will help you reach your full potential. Not only that, we will actively seek opportunities to share the great things you are doing, with others locally, regionally, and nationally.
As a Registered Physiotherapist you will be part of a team striving to achieve the best in clinical care. The service will deliver a pathway of care in accordance with the latest evidence-base, which puts the service users needs at the centre of the service.

- Qualified Physiotherapy Degree
- HCPC Registered

- Experience in Community work
- Experience in a range of specialities including elderly care, orthopedics, respiratory, neurology
Experience

- Experience within a broad range of specialities including but not limited to elderly care, respiratory, orthopedics, neuro, palliative care
- Experience of working within an MDT team

- Experience of working in the community
- Experience of working within the discharge to assess pathway
