Plater / Fabricator
Location: South Wales
Pay: £19.50 per hour
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Start: Immediate start available
JDR Swansea are currently recruiting for experienced Plater/Fabricators to support a well-established engineering company on a heavy fabrication project in South Wales.
This role involves the fabrication and assembly of structural steel and heavy construction components, working from engineering drawings and following strict health and safety procedures.

Pay: £19.50 per hour
Duration: 6-8 weeks

This role involves the fabrication and assembly of structural steel and heavy construction components, working from engineering drawings and following strict health and safety procedures.
Working Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 06:30 - 13:30
- Early finish every Friday
- Fabrication of structural steel and heavy construction components
- Oxy-acetylene burning
- Bevelling plate
- Grinding and drilling materials
- Assembling heavy fabrications from drawings
- Working to fabrication tolerances and quality standards
- Adhering to site health & safety procedures
- Time-served Plater/Fabricator or equivalent experience
- CCNSG or CSCS card (essential)
- £19.50 per hour
- 6-8 weeks work
- Immediate start available
