Aswell as fixing, supporting and building systems you will have ample opportunities to get involved in many exciting and evolving projects, if you thrive on a challenge and have a can-do attitude we’d love to hear from you. 🖥️🍕
What success looks like:
- Strong expertise in at least four of the following areas: Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 365, Cisco Networking, Palo Alto Firewalling, Group Policy/Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking concepts, and Active Directory (Azure and on-premise)/Exchange Online.”
- Be the face of the Platform Support team on site, providing a friendly, relaxed but professional support in accordance with our Platform Support Customer Experience (PSCX) which involves several key components aimed at understanding, meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.
