The PMO Systems Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, accuracy, and optimisation of PMO systems and data. This role provides coordination, system administration, data quality oversight, and reporting support to enable effective project governance and portfolio visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day running of PMO systems by helping manage users, resolving basic system queries, supporting training and onboarding, and assisting with system improvements.
- Being able to work at the same time on multiple outputs
- Basic experience in Ms Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with PM Tools would be an additional asset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills – able to work cross‑functionally and support users at all levels
- Yearly bonus based on personal contribution and financial performance
