We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Education Trainer (Band 4) to join our Clinical Education Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of our non-registered workforce, including Healthcare Support Workers, Assistant Practitioners, apprentices, and Further Education learners.
What you'll be doing:

Qualifications
Essential
- GCSE Maths & English grade C or equivalent
- Completed Care certificate or equivalent qualification
Desirable
- Relevant teaching qualification eg. PETLS
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
- Mental Health First Aider
Experience
Essential
- Proven recent experience in a healthcare setting
- Evidence of delivering appropriate standard of patient care and improving the patient experience
Desirable
- Experience of delivering training
- Experience within a range of healthcare settings
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
Desirable
- Understanding of the role of post-registration team within the trust.
