About The Role
As our Practice Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director, acting as a strategic advisor, sounding board, and operational powerhouse. You’ll bring clarity and cohesion across the business, keeping the team aligned, the office running smoothly, and our clients at the centre of everything we do.
You will take full ownership of people, processes, and systems—championing best practice and driving operational excellence. Your leadership will directly influence our culture and performance, enabling our advisers and support staff to deliver an outstanding client experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, including people management, business processing, regulatory compliance, marketing, and client servicing.
- Provide high-level technical and administrative support to advisers and the Managing Director.
- Act as the escalation point for complex client queries, liaising with advisers, clients, and third parties.
- Ensure consistent and efficient performance from the team through effective management and process improvement.
