Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Location: Italy

Mission

• Ensure that the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering activities are properly managed and correctly performed
• Be responsible to follow-up, plan, supervise and co-ordinate the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning operation on site
  
  

Tasks

• Organize and coordinate the activities of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning team assigned, providing technical and administrative guidance to ensure that aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved
• Provide the discipline check a nd review of documents, calculations, drawings and schedule issued by the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering team assigned
• Perform the commercial evaluation of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Subcontractors activity in comparison with the in-house equipment and personnel cost estimation

Ensure technical coordination with all other phases of work, including attendance at interface meetings

Attend meeting with Client regarding critical issues arising from the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities

Responsible for the planning, mobilization and operation on site of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning equipment and

Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy (must have a valid work permit)
• Proven experience in pipeline hydrotesting and precommissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients and subcontractors.
