Our Regional Build business delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector frameworks. With a strong pipeline of opportunities and continued growth across the capital and surrounding regions, we are looking to appoint a Preconstruction Manager who can lead from the front — driving winning strategies, building trusted client relationships, and setting projects up for operational excellence from day one.

What you'll be doing
As a Pre-Construction Manager You Will
- Leading bid and preconstruction activities across a varied portfolio of regional build projects
- Developing winning strategies and managing tender submissions
- Overseeing cost planning, risk management, and value engineering
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
- Coordinating internal teams including estimating, design, planning, and commercial functions
- Ensuring seamless handover from preconstruction to delivery teams.
You Will Have The Following
- Proven experience in a preconstruction or bid leadership role within main contracting
