We are seeking a
Presales Solutions Director/Lead to lead the pre-sales solutions function at Luminance. This senior role will oversee the
Tech Sales Specialists and
pre-sales focused Solutions Engineers, ensuring every customer engagement demonstrates the breadth and depth of Luminance's technology.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of
Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will set the standard for how Luminance positions its:
- AI technology and unique Legal-Grade™ approach
- Technical architecture and security posture
- Integration Components (200+ OOTB integrations)
- Customer environment strategy (deployment, scaling, compliance, cloud ops)
You'll also personally support large enterprise opportunities and demonstrate how Luminance is
enterprise-ready across AI, architecture, integrations, and customer success.
This is both a
leadership role (managing, developing and coaching the pre-sales function) and a
hands-on role (supporting key strategic opportunities).
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and grow Tech Sales Specialists and pre-sales focused Solutions Engineers
- Define best practices, playbooks, and enablement material for consistent pre-sales execution
- Partner with VP Client Solutions to evolve the global Solutions operating model
Customer Engagement
- Act as senior technical authority in enterprise engagements
