Job Title: Soft Services Pricing Analyst
Location: Home-based with occasional travel to ISS offices (Brooklands, Surrey / Solihull, Birmingham / Canary Wharf, London)
Reports to: Commercial Pricing Director

The Role:
We’re looking for a Soft Services Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial UK&I team. You’ll be a key member of our bid teams, working closely with the Solutions Director and other stakeholders to develop competitive, accurate, and commercially sound proposals. Your work will directly support ISS in winning new contracts, retaining existing ones, and ensuring long-term financial success.
What You’ll Do:
- Own all pricing and commercial aspects of bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop pricing strategies using top-down, bottom-up, and benchmarking approaches.
- Act as the main point of contact for cost models, liaising with operations, procurement, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support the full bid lifecycle from planning, costing, and submission to commercial sign-off and post-submission negotiations.
- Prepare P&Ls, cashflows, and financial summaries, and coordinate workshops to inform bid decisions.
- Maintain meticulous records and reporting to ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in estimating, pricing, or commercial analysis within Facilities Management or a comparable industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret P&Ls, cashflows, and commercial models.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
