About The Role

As our Principal Business Operations Manager/ Programme Manager, you’ll sit right at the crossroads of strategy and execution within our Global Marketing team. Think of yourself as the person who turns big, bold plans into clear, actionable reality - bringing focus, momentum, and just the right amount of operational magic ✨.
This is a senior individual contributor role with serious influence. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, programme managing complex, high-impact initiatives and building scalable ways of working that help the business move faster, smarter, and with confidence. From AI-powered tooling to crisp operating rhythms, your work will quietly (and sometimes not-so-quietly) raise the bar across Skyscanner.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with senior leaders: Acting as a trusted advisor to Goal Owners across Marketing, you’ll support prioritisation, planning, and alignment - helping teams focus on what really matters.
- Turning strategy into action: You’ll ensure high-impact initiatives stay tightly aligned to company strategy, spotting gaps, risks, and opportunities early.
- Driving execution clarity: You’ll cut through complexity to bring focus and momentum to cross-functional working groups, enabling confident decision-making.
