- Lead and manage DC infrastructure and cloud‑based service delivery operations, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable environments.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Ensure high‑quality communication and articulation across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Oversee the full spectrum of ITSM processes within a managed services environment, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Drive effective SLA management, monitoring performance metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Lead, mentor, and guide operational teams to deliver exceptional service quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong background in DC infrastructure, cloud technologies, and service operations management.
- Proven experience in managed service delivery, particularly with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
