Job Description:

FTC 10 Months - Principal Security Engineer, Platform Security

We are looking for a skilled Principal Security Engineer to protect our Kingdom and join our security team in London, Stockholm, Malmö, Dublin or Berlin.

Your role within our Kingdom

As our Principal Security Engineer, you will be part of our Platform Security group, and will build, improve and maintain our security platform, protecting our cloud environments as well as code, games, and the platforms that keep them up and running.

You will participate in the definition, implementation and support of security in the SDLC, and you will define procedures for how to handle security issues and integrate security in the entire building process of our games.

Skills To Create Thrills

You have a learner and self-starter attitude so you’re able to take direction and execute tasks on your own while working in a team. We will appreciate much more the ability to learn and the interest in growing as an expert in the role than any previous experience.

Other skills include:

Technical experience in any security field, ideally integrating security tooling, scripting, devops, or solving security problems.

Specific knowledge deploying and integrating Static application security testing (SAST) tools such as Sonarqube into SDLC pipelines

Experience with Github
Actions

Experience in cloud environments, AWS, Azure, or ideally, GCP.

Knowledge of container solutions like Docker

Experience automating processes, developing tools and scripting, ideally in Python.

Experience with SQL queries and/or data analytic tools (Looker, Tableau, or others).

Experience on SIEM platforms, like Splunk or Bigquery.

Experience in patch management, vulnerability scanning and reporting in SDLC or cloud could come in handy.

Must know what JSON is.

Experience working, deploying and integrating SDLC security tools.

Familiarity with terms such as SAST, SCA or SBOM.

Solid knowledge about security concepts.

Must be willing to do occasional traveling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.

Tasty Bonus Skills

Experience being the technical lead of a wider team, defining the evolution and roadmap of security products.

If you maintain your own open source security project or have contributed to a project we would love to see it.

Security certifications won’t be evaluated, but skills in the right areas will.
