About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception Centre Team Leader to join our dynamic Private Housing Partnerships Team. This is a rewarding and impactful role supporting the management of three reception centre accommodation facilities for people experiencing homelessness.
Working closely with the Senior Reception Centre Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our services. You’ll help coordinate placements, oversee support for residents, and ensure that our facilities are safe, welcoming, and responsive to the needs of vulnerable households.

- Has experience managing services within a homelessness or supported housing environment
- Can lead, support, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services
- Understands the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness, including those with complex needs
- Can manage contracts, monitor budgets, and drive performance to ensure value for money
- Is flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to equality and inclusion
You’ll be joining a supportive and passionate team committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate services to some of the borough’s most vulnerable residents.
