We’re seeking a
Principal Consultant to join our high-performing Total Reward team. This is a unique opportunity to work on strategic reward projects that shape pay transparency, harmonisation, and performance alignment across public and private sector organisations.
What You'll Do
As a Principal Consultant, you’ll lead and deliver impactful Total Reward solutions, including:
- Designing base pay and variable pay structures
- Conducting benchmarking and job evaluation
- Creating career architecture and performance frameworks
- Advising on equal pay and transparency legislation
- Leading client engagements and managing complex reward projects
You’ll also contribute to business development, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate across our consulting practices.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings
- Deep reward expertise from internal HR consulting or management consulting
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis
- Experience in job sizing, benchmarking, and pay strategy
- A consultative mindset with the ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders
- Comfort working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Experience in both public and private sectors is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and deliver value.
We're looking for someone based in London or the Home Counties, but we welcome applications from across the UK.
