The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused Paralegal to join a prestigious private client department. You will work alongside experienced Solicitors and Fee Earners on a varied and rewarding caseload, providing essential support to ensure excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Trust documentation
- Supporting fee earners with Probate and Estate Administration matters
- Drafting legal documents and professional correspondence
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a Private Client department (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, and LPAs
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
- Professional, client-focused, and compassionate approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
