Private Client Senior Associate
Tier 3 Legal 500 Firm
Location: Wimbledon - hybrid
Salary: £90,000+
Experience: 8 PQE+
OVERVIEW
An excellent position has arisen to join a Tier 3 Legal 500 firm in London. The Private Client practice is well established, technically strong, and recognised for handling complex, high-value and often international matters for individuals, families, and business owners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a varied and high-quality Private Client caseload including Wills, complex estate administration, trusts, succession and tax planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on high-value and complex estates, including cross-border elements where relevant
- Taking full ownership of client relationships and matters, delivering clear, pragmatic and technically excellent advice
- Proactive financial management of files including billing, WIP and fee targets
- Actively contributing to business development, networking and profile-raising initiatives
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 8+ PQE in Private Client work
- Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and tax planning
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families
- Full STEP membership preferred (or working towards) advantageous
- Commercially minded with confidence in managing clients, fees and referrer relationships
- Demonstrates leadership potential and an interest in long-term career progression
