Investment Associate – Private Equity Secondaries
A leading global private markets investment platform is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join its Private Equity Secondaries team. The firm manages $100bn+ in assets under management and is one of the most active investors globally across private markets.
The Secondaries platform focuses on LP-led and GP-led transactions, deploying capital across a broad range of strategies and geographies. The team invests in transactions typically ranging from $50m to $1bn+, partnering with leading sponsors and institutional investors worldwide.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex secondaries transactions, portfolio acquisitions, continuation vehicles, and structured liquidity solutions, within a highly collaborative and analytical investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of private equity secondaries transactions, including LP portfolio acquisitions and GP-led continuation vehicles
- Conduct financial modelling, portfolio analysis, and valuation assessments across underlying private equity assets
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or secondaries investing
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Exposure to private equity funds, portfolio analysis, or complex transactions preferred
- Excellent academic background from a top university
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced investment environment
