We're now on the lookout for a Process Engineer / Lean Specialist—a dynamic, hands-on professional with a passion for continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and digital innovation. If you want to make a genuine impact on how the construction industry operates, this is the role for you.
🔧 What You'll Do
- Lead lean initiatives to streamline production, reduce waste, and boost efficiency.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and apply Six Sigma and root cause analysis to solve complex challenges.
- Embed 5S, visual management, and standard work practices across our operations.
- Collaborate with Production, Design, and Quality teams to improve manufacturability.
- Drive our MMC and DfMA transformation through process improvement and digital tools.
- A degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Solid experience in a complex manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Expertise in Lean tools and methodologies – Six Sigma certification a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, shop floor presence.
- Experience with digital tools such as MES systems, Power BI or AutoCAD (a bonus!).
