Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Lead complex negotiations to drive value and mitigate risks.
- Provide expert guidance to shape decisions with data and market insights.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor colleagues and support team development.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, using suitable frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations.
- Solid knowledge of procurement legislation (Procurement Act 2023 expertise preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of contract structures, with NEC experience being an advantage.
- Experience of procurement packages within construction/civils/infrastructure
