🔑 About The Job

We're on the lookout for a talented Product Designer to join our team here at Omaze. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for translating ideas into visually appealing and functional designs that delight our users. From concept development to final execution, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability. If you're proactive, data-driven, and have a passion for creating exciting and engaging designs, we want to hear from you.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll be the product designer within our core UK product squad, partnering with a Product Manager, engineers and data. We’re currently three product squads (two UK, one Germany) with a new CRM squad forming. Designers can rotate across squads over time for development opportunities.

Take key initiatives from the product roadmap and create designs that bring these ideas to life

Collaborate with teams across Omaze to define product requirements and user needs

Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity within the business

Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in design

🤩 About You

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes, and enough real life examples to show clear impact and ownership. Experience designing B2C products (ideally within E-commerce or Subscriptions, but not essential)
• This role will be a blend of UX and UI, however we are looking for exceptionally strong UI skills so having the ability to create premium designs is a must.
• T-shaped designer: solid across product thinking, UX and interaction design, with a deep spike in UI/visual craft.
• The ability to create powerful and compelling stories through the use of data and design (Bonus if you’ve spent time in brand/graphic/agency design and can bring that polish into product).

Experience with Figma, which is our design tool of choice.

You can clearly explain how your design work influenced outcomes - not just what the PM asked for.

Comfortable talking through the problem, your role, the options you considered, and the business/user impact (ideally with numbers where possible).

You design with a mobile-first, responsive-web mindset. Native app experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
