To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience in product management, user-centred design principles and agile delivery. You will bring the ability to turn insights into strategy, engage diverse stakeholders and balance user needs with organisational objectives.

- Proven experience in end-to-end product management
- Strong understanding of product discovery and user research practices
- Ability to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps
- Experience working with agile delivery teams
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Ability to define and track product success metrics
- Confident in prioritisation, backlog management and decision-making
