Argus is transforming how work gets done across the organisation. As we introduce AI agents and automations into core business workflows, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead this change from the business side.
The Product Manager – Business Workflow Transformation sits at the centre of how Argus operates day to day. By embedding deeply with teams across Editorial, Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Operations, you will develop a firsthand understanding of how work really happens today, where it slows down, where quality or risk is introduced, and where automation can make a meaningful difference.
This is a highly visible, business led role. You will act as the authoritative voice on workflows across the organisation, translating real world processes into high value product opportunities. Partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science, you will shape and deliver AI agents and automations that remove friction, streamline operations, and enable better decision making at scale.
You will own the full journey from discovery through delivery to adoption and measurement, ensuring solutions are not only built, but successfully embedded into everyday work.
What Will You Be Doing
- Embed with business teams across Argus to build a deep, first‑hand understanding of how work is performed, not just how it is documented.
- Analyse and document end‑to‑end workflows, including informal processes, hand‑offs, exceptions, and decision points, to identify friction, inefficiency, and risk.
- Act as the single source of truth for business workflows, enabling Engineering and Data Science teams to design and deliver solutions by working directly with you.
- Translate workflow insights into clear, high‑value product opportunities, building and maintaining a prioritised backlog of AI agents and automations.
- Define and own prioritisation in partnership with the Head of GenAI Solutions and senior business leaders, balancing enterprise value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Familiarity with process mapping or modelling techniques (e.g. BPMN). Experience with MVP led, iterative delivery approaches. Understanding of change management and driving adoption within business teams. Exposure to AI enabled tools or agents (e.g. Copilot, Claude, Gemini) in a business or operational context. Background in product management, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or consulting.
