Operating across the full lifecycle, design, development, delivery and operational support, the role acts as the primary business representative and the key interface between business functions and technology teams.

The role
The Product Manager (Evolve) is a senior role accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of system and product outcomes, ensuring solutions provide measurable customer and business value. Operating across the full lifecycle, design, development, delivery and operational support, the role acts as the primary business representative and the key interface between business functions and technology teams.
You will
- Provide specialist insight to identify emerging market opportunities, regulatory shifts and system gaps, shaping the long‑term product vision. Act as the senior advisor to the Director (beyond line‑management hierarchy), informing strategic decisions that materially influence business value and risk exposure.
- Lead the end‑to‑end development, evolution and optimisation of products and processes, ensuring alignment to organisational strategy and delivery of measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Define and continuously refine the business value case based on market intelligence, business needs and customer insights, and deliver benefit realisation.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to guide Scrum/Agile teams, influence cross‑functional groups, and optimise team performance.
- Advanced stakeholder and relationship‑management skills, including negotiation, engagement and supplier interaction at senior levels.
