You will need:
Strong product or programme management experience in HR tech, workforce management, or a related domain
Experience with Oracle HCM, Workday or SAP, plus process re-engineering and workflow optimisation
Confidence working across HR, Finance, F&BM, Technology and UX
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
Good grasp of data analytics, reporting and product lifecycle delivery
Consultancy background is welcome
