Product Manager - Repertoire & Campaign Management

1 month temporary assignment - candidates must be available on a 0-1 week notice period

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate, brief, deliver and obtain approval for product and content assets across all formats - fully proofread artwork and production masters
• Fulfil A&R admin duties – creating, researching and updating metadata for all releases
• Liaise with internal and external teams to deliver products including Content Creation/Design, mastering studios and supply chain
• Implement optimisation initiatives and DSP audits, coordinate creation of assets for in-platform features
• Compile artist, audio, photo and sales research, and organise clearances
• Prepare and distribute campaign tools, update campaign plan and timeline documents, generate streaming pitches and physical sales sheets, organise D2C store setups, order and distribute promo stock
• Liaise with external publicity and social media agencies to coordinate artist promotion and deliver approved social calendars, content and copy
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining release schedules and updating internal systems

What We Are Looking For

• Previous record company product and marketing experience
• Understanding of streaming and digital marketing
• Passion for music and record industry developments
• A proactive individual with a strong work ethic, strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with ease and discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Google Suite, Box/file sharing and streaming platforms
