Description
As Product Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of how our products go to market – bringing launches to life, empowering our Revenue teams, and turning strategy into action.

Working closely with our Product Marketing Manager, Revenue Enablement Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape how new products and features are introduced, understood and championed across the business. From coordinating seamless launches to building high-quality enablement assets, you’ll make sure every team has the clarity, confidence and tools they need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing (in a Nutshell)

You’ll transform product updates into compelling, structured communications and impactful enablement materials that drive commercial success across Sales, Client Success, Implementation and Support. Your work will ensure our teams don’t just know what’s launching – they know exactly how to position it, sell it and support it.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on momentum. You’re highly organised, naturally proactive and endlessly curious. You’re comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, keeping projects on track, and moving at pace – all while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Day-to-day You Can Expect To

  • Support the execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are completed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Implementation, and Support to keep launches on track.
  • Own release communications for internal teams, including delivering training and updating training summaries, FAQ updates, and internal announcements.
  • Create and update product training assets, including internal slide decks, one-pagers,FAQs, and how-to guides.
  • Coordinate and support revenue enablement sessions such as product update webinars, demo walk-throughs, and employee onboarding.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing “what’s new” and “how to” content in the Help Centre, ensuring alignment with product changes and support workflows.

To Be Successful, You'll Have

  • Experience in marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, internal communications, or a related role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Clear and confident written communication skills, with experience creating client facing or training materials
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, including training delivery, end-to-end project execution
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias for action.
  • Curiosity around use of AI for training and content creation.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and disciplines

  • Bonus Points If You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, HR, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
