Description

What’s involved?

  • Create clear, customer-focused positioning and messaging for enterprise and technical buyers.
  • Turn complex complex product capabilities into customer-centred messaging and narratives.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new features and product launches.
  • Talk to customers and research the market to improve how we communicate value.
  • Create practical sales and partner materials that help teams explain and sell our products.
  • Contribute to product-led content such as blogs, webinars, case studies, and events.


Must have

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing to a technical audience
  • Strong product storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex, technical concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding how enterprise customers buy technology and what influences their decisions.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working with data, research, and qualitative insight to inform decisions.


Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a scale-up or growth-stage business.
  • Experience supporting partner or channel ecosystems.

  • Who you’ll work with

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits within the Marketing team and partners closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success
