Are you a commercially minded storyteller who thrives at the intersection of product, sales and strategy?

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Sleaford, playing a pivotal role in how we position, promote and bring our solutions to market. This is an opportunity to shape messaging that influences pipeline, strengthens our brand and drives measurable growth across our product portfolio.

The Opportunity

As Product Marketing Manager, you will act as the strategic link between Product, Sales and Marketing. You will shape how our solutions are positioned in a competitive PropTech market, ensuring our messaging is clear, differentiated and focused on customer outcomes.

This is a highly visible role with genuine commercial influence. You will support campaigns, enable our sales teams with insight and tools, represent MRI in industry forums and help evolve our narrative from individual products to a connected platform story.

What You Will Be Doing

Drive market positioning and sales impact

You will craft compelling solution messaging that stands out in a competitive landscape. You will develop impactful sales tools and competitive insights that strengthen confidence in the field and improve win rates. You will work closely with Sales to ensure messaging resonates with buyers and reflects real market needs.

Elevate our digital presence

You will shape solution web content designed to convert interest into opportunity. Working with digital and campaign teams, you will optimise customer journeys and support engaging multimedia storytelling. You will also strengthen the adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement content and tools.

Build thought leadership and engagement

You will create engaging webinar and event content that supports pipeline growth. You will contribute to industry conversations and help position MRI and our subject matter experts as trusted voices. Through in product messaging and customer communications, you will enhance engagement and reinforce value.

Bring value to life

You will translate customer success into clear, credible ROI stories and proof points. You will develop case studies and testimonials that demonstrate measurable business impact, ensuring consistency in how we communicate value across web, sales materials and campaigns.

Shape a platform led narrative

You will help evolve our story from product focused messaging to a cohesive platform vision. By aligning materials and campaigns around a unified proposition, you will support cross sell growth and strengthen brand perception.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing or related marketing disciplines, B2B technology or SaaS
  • Strong commercial instinct with an understanding of pipeline and revenue growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident presenter, comfortable engaging both internal and external audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing
  • Experience within PropTech is advantageous but not essential. Curiosity, commercial drive and the ability to influence are key.
