About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Product & Support Coordinator to join CybaOps product team.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on supporting the product function by managing the support inbox, identifying trends in customer feedback, and maintaining clear, high-quality documentation. You will work closely with the Head of Product to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that customer insight is captured and acted upon.

What You'll Be Doing
- You’ll play a key role in supporting both the product team and the wider business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and triaging the support inbox
- Ensuring every support query is acknowledged and responded to
- Organising and categorising support tickets
- Identifying recurring issues, trends, and product insights from customer queries
- Compiling regular summaries of customer feedback and support data
- Supporting the Head of Product with research and administrative tasks
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and dependable — you take ownership of tasks
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable managing a busy inbox and prioritising effectively
- Curious about how products work and how they can be improved
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with the wider team
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in product or technology
- Experience in a support, coordination, admin, or operations role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
- Basic data analysis skills
- Work directly with the Head of Product and gain hands-on experience
- Clear progression pathway within the product team
- Exposure to real customer feedback and product decision-making

Location: Portsmouth/Hybrid Reporting to: Head of Product Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
