Red Bull Powertrains has an exciting opportunity as a Product Validation Engineer to join our technical team as we transition from building our team’s first Power Units to refining them into a race-ready package, all aimed at delivering the most competitive car on the 2026 Formula One grid.
As an F1 Power Unit Product Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for defining the predicted duty requirements of the F1 Power Unit. To develop the methodology to prove and track the duty requirements in dynamometer testing and on the racetrack. You will be responsible for defining the envelope in which the PU can operate at the racetrack to ensure reliability whilst maximising its performance potential.
