We’re looking for an experienced and driven Production Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Engineering and Technical Manager, you’ll take ownership of manufacturing processes and project-level engineering requirements, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

We are currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled Production Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong industrial knowledge and hands-on production experience.

About The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, improving production efficiency, and contributing to the design and optimisation of production items including monopiles and industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and optimise production processes for monopiles, industrial machinery, and related products
  • Produce accurate 3D models and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks
  • Assist in the design, development, and improvement of production equipment and tooling
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and RCA to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes
  • High level of proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modelling and 2D drafting)
  • Experience working with production items such as monopiles and heavy industrial equipment is advantageous
  • Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
