We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a bold, commercially astute Production Manager to elevate our manufacturing performance and help shape the future of our operations.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a performance role.
You will take ownership of a growing production function and lead from the front, driving delivery, strengthening discipline, improving costperformanceand building a resilient, high-performing team in a technology-led manufacturing environment.

- Full accountability for delivering production safely, on time, in full and to quality standards
- Labour planning, budgetcontroland operational cost performance
- Driving measurable improvements in productivity,efficiencyand delivery reliability
You are an experienced production leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. You bring energy,structureand accountability. You are commercially aware, data-drivenand comfortable making decisions under pressure.
Youdontjust manage production; you improve on it.
You Will Have
- Proven experience leading manufacturing or production teams
- Strong cost control and delivery performance management capability
- Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement programmes
- Solid health & safety and quality compliance knowledge
- The ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action
- A leadership style that builds ownership,resilienceandhigh standards
A degree in engineering or production management is desirable. IOSH (minimum) or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
