Key Responsibilities
- Managing a production stream in a specific area of the factory
- Optimise manufacturing performance by implementing new and improved standards with a key focus on team member safety, product quality and product optimisation
- Build a culture of safety amongst the Team Leaders through leading by example and re enforcing positive safety culture and climate within the production stream.
- Confirm that all processes and tasks have formal risk assessment and corrective actions have been completed as a priority
- Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills in the English language.
- Experience in a FMCG Industry
- Understanding of safety, quality, environmental and asset management systems.
- Experience in Manufacture / Continuous Improvement / OPEX.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to influence
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. The ability to create and implement standards.
- Natural coaching ability.
- Proficient with MS Office tools.
- Foundation level Health and Safety, Food Safety and HACCP.
