We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Production Team here at Medik8!

The purpose of the Production Operative role is to support the manufacturing and packaging of our award-winning skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a hands-on and varied role, involving tasks such as batching, filling, capping, labelling, quality checking, and general production line support.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be hands-on, methodical, a real team worker who enjoys a fast-paced work day.

This role will be site-based, Monday to Friday – 14:30 - 23:00

For this opportunity, we are offering up to £13.85 per hour.

In more detail your role will include:

  • Guaranteeing all products are made to the very highest quality standards and as per product specification.
  • Ensuring all processes including weight, volume, labelling, cartoning are done to the highest standard and never below specification.
  • Operating various machines and production stations in line with procedures.
  • Guaranteeing daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities as required.
  • Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Have strong English and Maths skills.
  • Excellent focus and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.
  • Are organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines.
