We have exciting opportunities for Production Operatives to join our AM shift team in Bromborough!

Shift Pattern

  • 5 out of 6 days
  • 07:00am to 15:30pm
  • Voluntary overtime at premium pay rate

Your job as a Production Operative will be to process and pack product in line with customer specification in line with deadlines, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing the raw material according to the specifications, pack the product into baskets, OCM baskets and stack onto pallet and changing the specifications at change overs
  • Having a high understanding of quality, ensuring that the raw material is within the specifications before packing
  • Ensures the sites intentions to produce safe, legal and authentic products are maintained
  • Report faults, so they can be put right quickly, to keep downtime to a minimum
  • Maintaining factory cleaning standards and encouraging others to do the same
  • Keeping waste to a minimum, by managing the yield as shown online schematics
  • Always follow GMP

    Previous experience working in Food Production Environment will be advantageous but not essential as Full Training will be provided.
