Are you skilled at working with vulnerable children and young people? Would you be able to support pupils with special educational needs and those with social, emotional and mental health needs to engage with learning at a range of alternative education providers across Nottinghamshire?
You will be part of a small, hard working enthusiastic and dynamic team. You will be expected to liaise directly with pupils, families, external agencies and education settings to ensure that pupils are attending, making progress and that they are safe. You will be expected to work in close partnership with a range of support services. Excellent communication and data collation skills are essential.
This is a peripatetic post and will at times involve some lone working. Training will be given.
