About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to undertake a leadership role in our Projects and Change team. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of exciting programmes, for example;
- Local Government Reorganisation
- Digital transformation
- Transforming adult social care
- Enhancing service offers across resident services
You’ll thrive in taking ownership and leading a multidisciplinary project team, navigating the political landscape of the public sector with ease. Your well-developed analytical skills, evidence of positive people management, including the ability to coach others, will be key to your success, as well as the ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders. With a focus on delivery of benefits, evidence of achieving cultural and behavioural change to improve the experience or outcomes for the customer is also vital for this role.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £65,222 - £73,834. The
starting salary is £65,222 with annual progression through the salary bands.
