We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Programme Manager for English and Mathematics to lead our provision across NCC England and Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on learners, educators, and employers across the construction industry.
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Grade: SL1
Target Salary: £58,633 per annum
Additional Benefits: £6,799 Car Allowance per annum
Location: Mobile working covering NCC sites including NCC East (Bircham Newton), NCC South (Erith) and NCC Scotland (Inchinnan)
About the Role
As Programme Manager, you will set the strategic and operational direction for our English and mathematics programmes, ensuring that every learner develops the essential literacy and numeracy skills needed for life, work, and the wider economy.
You will lead and develop a dedicated team of English and mathematics lecturers, providing expert guidance, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with all quality, regulatory and awarding body requirements.
This is a role for someone who can blend leadership, curriculum expertise, quality assurance, and relationship management to deliver outstanding results across multiple sites.
