Location: Knutsford, UK (Hybrid – Barclays Technology Centre Radbroke)
Job Description
- Provide end-to-end programme delivery leadership, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and strategic outcomes are successfully achieved.
- Establish and manage programme governance structures, including steering committees, reporting frameworks, and RAID management.
- Drive alignment between business objectives, delivery roadmaps, and technical workstreams across cross-functional teams.
- Oversee resource planning, financial tracking, budget management, and contract compliance throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Facilitate executive stakeholder engagement, steering group meetings, and strategic decision-making discussions.
- Manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
